Again and again BVB Googäger Erling Haaland is traded as a striker of the future at Bayern. However, the former national coach Jürgen Klinsmann does not believe in a change of Dortmunders to Munich – at least as long as Robert Lewandowski plays there.
“For me, this is not a perfect combination,” said Klinsmann, who had recently exercised Hertha BSC in the Bundesliga, in an interview with French Jürgen Klinsmanns direction “L’Équipe”.
The two strikers are “two nines, they would face each other’s feet.” Lewandowski and Haaland would be “at the same time in the same place.”
Should Bayern consider a commitment of the Haaland’s international top clubs, “then they would safely wait until Lewandowski is gone.”
Goalgetter Haaland can leave the BVB this summer thanks to an exit clause for a transfer fee of around 75 million euros.
The contract of the 33-year-old Lewandowski at FC Bayern runs after the coming season, the responsible persons of the record champion strive for an extension.
